Doh~ I remember that scene now! (It's been so long since this fabulous series ended, but Sai will always stay one of my favorites, I can see him at 5 spots in my room ) And about the loop, I think that watery effect is rather nice and fits in very well ^^

Pellissier: The loop is not seemless since there's a quick blank frame or two before it starts over again. Couldn't hurt to maybe put a border (don't have to). Looks pretty nice other than that though. 7.5/10

kj1980: Not familiar with the character myself but looks pretty good. Perhaps the one with the clever might spice things up a bit. 8.5/10

EfrainMan: Rectangular avatar, not very common now-a-days. The lines look a bit pixalated to me however. Rukia seems to be a popular character (haven't seen much of bleach myself). 8/10

Riker: More ero-ero avatars, hehe. And thank god that scroll bar doesn't work. lol. 8/10

seiftis: I like this one a lot for some reason. The colours, the border, they work well together. 9.5/10

evil-samurai: Mashiro...I think (unless there's someone else that looks exactly like her ) This one's good except that I'm not a big fan of the big streaky "X" thingy going over her face. 8/10

It's my first self-created gif and I'm still at it, so I'm basically here to improve
EDIT: Border added. Also changed the two frames from black/white to olive/blue , which are the main colours of the pics.
Now I'm done with this, I've got new projects.
