I totally forgot about Tsukihime! It did have vampire girl! Never played VN but even I didn't like it much... I heard managa is good though.
Bakemonogatari did have Vampire girl as well though she plays bigger role is sequel Monogatari. Ah, Kore wa Zombie Desu ka? had Seraphim, the vampire girl. Mahou Sensei Negima! had vampire girl but anime is not that great. From what I saw, manga is much better. Any interest in youkai and ghost girls?

Vampire Princess Miyu. One of my all-time favourite vampire anime besides Vampire Hunter D. It's quite dark, which suits the genre perfectly
I also recommend Kurozuka, but the anime may seem confusing at times. I had to watch it twice to fully understand. The theme of vampire becomes more scientific as the series progress. It's not your generic bloodsucking anime.

I checked out an anime called Tsukuyomi: Moon Phase sometime ago. It's got a moe vampire and gives off neko vibes. It's got romcom like Rosario Vampire so perhaps you might like it.
