I've walked out of 3 movies in my life and demanded a refund. I guess I should attend more movies I know suck and then walk out and make a scene
The reason they can get away with this is people don't take it seriously. When the shitstorm surrounding the ME3 ending was still going full-blast, the unhappy customers were almost universally panned by non-gamers, gaming media and both Bioware and EA for being "whiny entitlement whores" because it's "just a game" and they need to "grow up."

It's okay to be angry and demand a refund or an exchange when you buy something broken or flawed or even just terrible at its job--unless that something is a game, a movie or a song. In that case, you're just supposed to accept that it's bad and move on, allowing the companies to continue to shit out horrible crap every year.

Really, this is stupid. They are companies. They sell a product. It shouldn't matter what the product is, if the product is defective or just plain terrible, they should have to face the consequences. But there is a double standard regarding entertainment "products."

If you don't like it, don't buy it. That is my philosophy.

Hence you see why I don't own many games anymore. I stick to online games or wikipedia for entertainment.

Most of all, you have to be disciplined and you have to save, even if you hate our current financial system. Because if you don't save, then you're guaranteed to end up with nothing.

The ME3 fandom was more polite. They sent Bioware several hundred identical cupcakes with red, blue and green icing.

I'd agree in some cases, but others no. If you watch the entire movie, play the entire game, or listen to the entire song... then no, you should not get a refund. It'd be like going to a restaurant, eating the entire meal, and THEN complaining that it sucked and that you wanted a refund. If you hate it, don't wait until you've completely consumed it.

I'm not going to go too deep into the ME3 thing, since I never played any of them, but from what I've read about it the problem isn't that "it sucked", but rather that they lied. They stated you affected the outcome, and apparently that wasn't true. False advertising is not the same as something sucking, and in this case should be available for a refund. Even the BBB said this was false advertising, though I don't see anything coming of it.

Yes, this was from LONG before she became a teacher. I also believe she has TWO Masters degrees. The whole situation is fucking ridiculous.

It's California. I can't say I'm very surprised. Our state always was run by fucking idiots.

That is around 6 big bottles. or an entire family pack. It takes 1 week for my whole family to go through one bottle, and she did it in one day?

I don't think I drink 2 gallons of everything combined a day. That is a lot of coke. Let's see here. a 12 ounce can has 140 calories. 2.6 gallons is roughly 333 ounces. That's 3885 calories a day just from soda. That's insane.

Reading this reminds me of that girl in Britain who only eats chicken nuggets and her health is suffering from it.

I would assume so, since a 4-piece nugget box has like 64% of your daily fat intake. And to live off them you would need to eat at least 20-50 a day.
