I noticed on MAL today, the series seems to at least be getting an OVA still, better than nothing. Wonder if by the art will cover Sasana and Meiko more?[from what I heard from some manga readers, the anime skipped a good bit of their content early on]

Works under the Marvelous Entertainment label usually get an OVA. Glad to see Nekogami is no exception.

Finished the final episode today, its just not very memorable, but I don't dislike it. Actually it wasn't even bad, it fulfills its goals in entertaining a targeted audiences (I guess me).

Ironically, any of the 12 episodes could of been use as the ending and there wouldn't be any complaints.

7/10 for series overall~

FYI, the OVA is subbed. Every bit as lovable as the series, with added fanservice.

The OVA was indeed every bit as lovable as the series. More of the same, which is fine by me.

One thing I noticed was that they were playing Mayu's character song at several points in the OVA. That was pretty cool, it's a damn good song. As are a lot of the character songs in fact, anyone who hasn't checked them out should give them a spin if you want more of the show. They're very in-character.
