Oct 20 being the release date of all media formats for the second movie.

As for the manga and the technical file, I don't think anyone is subbing those. I have them in original Japanese format.

Im a few episodes from finishing Macross Frontier, I know there are two movies, can someone tell me what are they?

Also what is the next macross series to watch after this one?

I've join Animesuki to see if someone can help me directly contact Hayato Aoki.

Macross Frontier is my boyfriend's most favourite Manga and well, I want to spend the rest of my life with him.

So what I am proposing is a thread to see if anyone can help me contact Hayato Aoki in order for me to ask him if he can make a poster for me with his original drawings and the quote, "Will you marry me, Alex?" written on it.

I intend to propose in the classiest way possible with respect to the artist, and I understand it may not be possible at all to contact him - but I just had to try.

Have you tried contacting the magazine he draws for? I think that would probably net you a higher chance of getting a contact than a thread on western messageboard.

Unfortunately, I don't think Aoki is drawing any continuing series right now. You might want to try contacting Shonen Ace, since he's done some series and one-shots for them.

Conversely, here's his management's site, and it has a BBS...looks pretty out-of-date, though...
