I actually kind of like the chestplate... just not for Nanoha. I think it would look great on, say, Shamal.

The chest plate could be hiding some sort of attack feature... like chest blasters.

Chest blaster? It'd be awesome if that function is added onto the plate
That chest plate just seem to add more Gundam-like feature onto Nanoha...not that we need anymore of those

Fixed for you

Yeah, the chest plate would look better on somebody who uses physical melee weapons like Vita or Signum in my honest opinion (colour also changed to match them of course)

I don't think the larger image is an actual image taken from the movie, while the smaller images around it are.
