I feel for him.
Often I have trouble finding shoes too. It's not that they don't have shoes in the right size (47 for me, 13 1/2 U.S), but the one model I want is guaranteed to be missing.

I can never find shoes either. I'm average height but have extremely wide feet. Same with hands, they are small lengthwise but my fist is larger than my friend's who is 6'6.

16 foot surgeries?? Jeebus, why doesn't he just walk barefoot? (but he would have trouble going around when it snows)

Am I the only one who thinks the *wink wink nudge nudge* was edited out?

Also, they're totally going to stick wings and rockets on that sucker next.

How is it going to breathe out of water? A rebreather?

Might as well turn it into a self-homing aggressive quadrotor with an augmented cybernetic nose that can smell blood through the air a 100m away.

The Bombay High Court has ruled that a wife's refusal to have sex with her husband without a condom does not constitute grounds for divorce.

Short men live longer, study shows
Quote:
Sardinia, Italy (May 2, Wed): Being taller may be useful for changing a lightbulb or seeing over a crowd, but when it comes to living longer, shorter men measure up best.

A study on the island of Sardinia has found that, on average, shorter men live two years longer than their taller counterparts.

The research, which involved tracking 500 males born between 1866 and 1915 on the small Italian island, backs up the findings of 12 previous studies.

Sardinians are statistically known to live longer than people in the rest of Europe.

Scientists have previously observed that, within a species, the smaller individual tends to live longer than the bigger one. This is illustrated by smaller dogs that live longer than medium and large dogs. Smaller mice, rats, ponies and monkeys generally live longer as well. The smaller Asian elephant also lives longer than the larger African elephant.

The study offered a number of explanations for why smaller bodies tend to keep going for longer. They include lower DNA damage, greater cell-replacement potential, higher heart-pumping efficiency, decreased C-reactive protein and higher levels of sex-hormone-binding globulin.

THE DAILY MAIL
I'm 1.63m tall. That's about 5ft 4in. In other words, short. Standing next to Vexx in full Viking gear, I'd pass for a hobbit.

Now that is the real secret to Bilbo's long life.

1.63 is not hobbit sized, a lot of asian girls I know are under 5' lol.

It might explain Bilbo but that doesn't explain GANDALF. Well, I guess it's because he's gandalf.

Hobbit height is about 3ft. 6in.

4ft. 6in would be practically a giant Hobbit.

They are called LOLIS. The epitome of feminity and cuteness, the perfect companion. Unfortunately, legal hegemons blanket them with unrighteous Minor Act.

This statistic can be explained by tall people hitting their heads on low hanging stuff.

Oh... and getting sniped out of WWI/WWII trenches, because their heads stick out. Look at the date.

That is the date where the Fuhrerbunker was stormed, signifying the end of the war, not the beginning.

I want to know what highway this guy was using where that speed could be sustained without going airborne, being vaporized by a pothole, crack, or road seam.

http://www.npr.org/blogs/thetwo-way/...ph?ft=1&f=1001

I've driven at 150mph in a 1992 300Z on one of the best interstate highways in the US back when we actually took care of our roads and its quite a bumpy ride.

I think he means the years of birth of the subjects (1866 to 1915).
