Any anime similar to high school dxd or a boy who is a pervert then he got involve with the prettiest girl in the school?

i would appreciate it if it has ecchi harem and fan service scene

There is a new anime that comes out this summer and it fits your requirements : it's Dakara Boku wa, H ga Dekinai : it's about Ryousuke, a perverted guy with high-level sex drive. Well let's see:

R-15 - It's about a guy, who's a high school porn writer, and he has a habit of saying any perverted thing that's on his mind out loud. It's really funny, and the girls are cute too.

To Love Ru - A shy boy gets into perverted situations beyond his control and usually gets punished/nearly killed and misunderstood because of it.

Bakemonogatari - Main guy appears to be normal but is kind of a weird pervert in his own way.

Zero no Tsukaima - Main guy often puts himself in perverted and comical situations and the main girl witnessing it and often "educates" him for his behavior.
