Looks like we're going to have a Luka arc?

Also, is that small building Luka's parents had supposed to be a reference to 765 Pro's from idolm@ster?

Seems like it'll her arc now. Hoping for something beyond the obvious conclusion of "We'll allow you to continue your doujinshi, but it cannot get in the way of your idol career!"

o Luca

All of them share one trait: They are exceptional at what they do. I wonder if all of this is just mere coincidence (which it seems to be at the moment), or if there is some other connection between them that we don't see yet.

Luka's debt was mentioned before this chapter, and Yukiji hardly excels at being a teacher.

True, but Hina shared the debt with her (even if Yukiji payed it off herself), and Hina excels at rather a lot of things.

The fact Yukiji managed to pay off the debt is something that's amazing in itself. Clearly the effort has broke her though.

Well, looks like what she's good at involves dangerous and/or illegal activities. She doesn't want to do piss off very nice people anymore, now that her debt's repaid.

About the Yukiji discussion: I wouldn't be surprised if she doesn't seem to be behaving as a good teacher because of our seeing only that specific side being portrayed. I mean, aside from Hina and Hayate, who else among the students she's seen interacting with are worthy of being considered as students?

Then there's the male teacher who likes her, Kaoru.

Other than back as a high school student, Yukiji hasn't really been given any redeeming factors. As someone stated before, desperately paying off their parents' debt probably broke her. Whatever she had going for her is gone now.

Yukiji managed to pay off a 151 million Yen debt "by questionable means". That's pretty freakish in my book. Just that you seem to loathe her doesn't make her any less of a great person.

And Hina has "overachiever" tattooed all over her body.
