Next weeks episode should be completely awesome.

From an article I read they spent a ridiculous amount of money and time on it. The battle will take the entire episode, supposedly. Leaving the final episode to Dany and Ayra.

I'd say the nurse is a expy of a particular character Robb was supposed to meet.

Alfie looks like he kinda wants to punch someone in the face (he also looks a lot like someone I know hah). Sophie is still the spitting image of my friends youngest sister, and Maise looks like a hyper teen... and short, srsly, she is that much shorter? I could have sworn she was on par with Sophie for height. Kit and Richard actually look like they could be brothers.

Agreed. I watched that episode earlier tonight and that part was awesome.

So many great sub-plots I'm looking forward to seeing play out. I'll probably check out the books after the series has ended.

Today's episode was freaking awesome.

I really liked it.

The Wildfire was incredible, to them it would have been like a nuke going off based off the reactions they all had.

The Hounds freak out was good, can't kick a dog so many times until he bites your hand. Now the Hound and the Bird make their way from Kings Landing.

Tyrion was pretty impressive I thought, in the book that slash took off like huge chuck of his face, but they can't really do that here, so I guess a deep scar will do. I like how he took control after Joffery chicken shitted it and went to hide in a hole somewhere.

Cersei pushed into a corner, drunk and spelling out the fact to Sansa. I think that scene had a little more impact in the books but still it was quite good. The scene with Tomean was kind of sad. When Loras and co burst in she was like well... shit, its over. Tywin actually LOOKS like a King, he pulls off that regal power so damn well, he could probably take the throne himself if he wanted to right now with Joffery off hiding like a girl.

Also, Rains of Castamere... awesome song. It was perfect for the credits. (for those that don't know it's Tywins song. Written for him after he completely wiped a rebel house from existence, it's often played to scare the shit out of people - kind of like the Imperial March.)

First episode that focused on one sequence of events, no doubt would be the best The action was expensive enough for TV, but thankfully not self-fulling, acting and the surrounding events made up for the lost time on red-shirts clapping metal toys and screaming pointlessly

OMG! This episode was awesome!
They really use all that extra money well for this episode.
The Wildfire explosion was very impressive. And Stannis. My God Stannis. You are awesome!
You fight with your men. Your in the vanguard and kill lots of men by yourself!
And Tyrion you Magnifient Bastard! Using Wildfire to destroy Stannis' fleet. Rallying the troops after Joffrey ran away like a coward and fighting alongside your troops.

The Battle of Blackwater was best battle of Game of Thrones!

It's a shame the worst of them lived... At any rate, I was wondering why a member of the Kingsguard attacked Tyrion. o_O
