I just made a fascinating discovery!
Today's my birthday, and I got one of the Ever17 fanbooks from Japan. According to it, there were actually several CGs added to the "Premium Version" and the PC version that weren't in the original release (we did get these CGs, as they were included in the PC version). The CGs that were in the PC and Premium versions but not in the original are: Spoiler for End-game spoiler CGs included:
Kinda reminds me how the PC version of I/O had about 10 new CGs compared to the original PS2 version, There were also more character sprites in the Premium Edition (which I/O also had). |

You should spoiler tag that.
And yes, I'd say so. Judging from how they did Bad Endings in Never7, I'm guessing that in the original, all you saw was the IBF room background, and there were no sprites shown at all, just voice acting. I also learned that for the Jukebox, if you had a completed save of the original Ever17 when you played Ever17- Premium Edition on the PS2, you would get three bonus tracks- piano versions of "Karma", "Der Mond Das Meer", and an alternative version of Je nach. The bonus images in the gallery are also different. Maybe when I go to Japan next fall, I should shell out some money for the PS2 versions of Ever17 and experiment. |

Funny, especially how in my playthrough of the Xbox 360 version, I specifically noted how there was absolutely no fanservice in the hot springs whatsoever (except for Sara's Route, but that's just because they moved her swimming lesson with the Kid in there). But not if the manga has anything to say about it, I guess.
So this chapter mostly covers Chami's rescue by Takeshi, and I loved seeing Tsugumi's moments this time around. The only thing I'm a little disappointed over was that they skimmed over the submarine repairs in the manga, because it had some rather nice Takeshi/Kid bonding, but on the other hand, it'd probably be boring to draw them repairing a submarine. |

Well they were fine with drawing You fixing the boiler (or something) in the game so I dont see why that excuses them xD
and yeah, wasn't execting that either, but I do remember jokingly telling a friend that maybe the manga was only being done to be able to eventually illustrate the Qualle scene XD though that may now turn out to be true, ah well, it was indeed nice to see Tsugumi and Chami reunite (he's drawn so damn cute I swear XD) |

Hey that actually was a pretty cool chapter, oh and the 4th chapter is finally (mostly) up in english, just so you know, now I'm going to put this out there now. I left on a trip before I had completely finished the chapter and had asked someone else to finish it, well apparently that didnt happen so I'll fix it up when I get back but for now you have a mostly complete chapter of ever 17 in english so just go with it until I get back (just missing the odd floating word here and there, plus a bigger chunk at the end when Takeshi's thinking about Sora)

Cool, though I'd like a BG patch instead (although several locations were replaced and some were removed altogether, I still would like a BG patch of the places that were redone- I thought the 360 BGs were pretty cool.
