It be fun if there was a version where Rider survived instead of Gil. (it is pretty much impossible, unless Gil messed up). So that when the Fifth War comes around, Rider's not going to give a damn about it (maybe).

But because of who Saber is, they will remember each other. And at least in the above version, both seem happy.

Well, they're definitely better then the Rider duo of the VN, and they've also got some of the best interaction in the anime.
