I'd say 4 episodes each for one heroine at a time like what Amagami has done. Series should start with least popular heroine to most during its run. Sena's route can be a series of OAV's since it will keep with the consistencies of the broadcast time slot and the original heroines from the said series in check.

To avoid any confusion for people who haven't been following, there is absolutely no indication that the upcoming anime will do anything but follow the linear sequence of the light novels, picking up from the true ending of Season 1.
I can just imagine that there'll be some blog or other site that says "people on AnimeSuki were saying it'd be omnibus and follow the game" as if it were news...

Oreimo's second season is accepting submissions for the ending song. I hope ClariS will come back to sing the opening or they have been contacted to do it. Who knows? Hope to hear news from them.
