Um... actually, that's Nanoha's room on the pic. Red carpet, bed's up against the window sill, the pillows got the same covers, and the small nightstand has the same curving brass lamp on it. Go compare it to the start of the first movie after Yuuno's scene and you'll see.

Oh, I didn't think it was Nanoha's room at first, but of it is! They've placed a futon in there for Fate.

Fate was so concentrated on getting Jewel Seeds for Precia that she didn't have many possessions. I mean, in movie manga she has toys when Linith's around, but after that, she only has looking for the Jewel Seeds. If it was her room, I thought it would be nice that she has normal childhood things again.

Save yourself some trouble and only scan the Nanoha+Isis and Fate+Lily images. The rest already have scans from their initial magazine appearences.
