On another note, I remember going through some forums and reading a theory that all the Fire Emblems are chronologically connected; most if not all take place in the same world, which would explain the theme of the DLC being the summoning of heroes and villains.

As I said before, I'm too interested in the DLC since the ingame models for them are just heads placed on generic unit models.

I'll still be getting the game though, since it's a new Fire Emblem.

I wonder. Heard that some people believe you can marry Mark off to his/her Uncle/Aunt if you marry MU with a 2nd Gen character like Lucina. Kinda weird.

Challenge maps look like fun, but I'm not so sure I'll get them on my first playthough. I wanna get to know the game mechanics better before I go on the hardest difficulty which seems ideal for the challenge maps.

Feels like they slacked on graphics. The videos look amazing, but the actual gameplay graphics look second rate. I've seen better looking games on the 3DS already, and I freel Fire Emblem should be top notch, due to how the game is played.
Considering everything is basically a pre-programmed move. You are not moving the character, you say attack and it does the same animation it will do 1000's of times later.

Seeing the CGI trailers or movies in the game, the characters also don't look like them exactly. The trailers make it look like the characters should have a Skyward sword graphics style to them. Yet they have a ocarina of time feel. Its clashing art styles between the gameplay characters and the cgi characters.

Sounds like the game is going to not come out in a while so maybe this gets improved a lot, but as of now tad dissapointed.

Doesn't mean I'm not going to have this pre-ordered or get on day 1. Just saying.

What game doesn't? Heck, even action games can only move in the ways they are programmed and if you repeat an action over and over again, it won't change.

Glad that they decided to explore that side of the game even if it's through DLC. Challenge maps look like fun, but I'm not so sure I'll get them on my first playthough.
