Given how much you have to move in a kitchen, even if it's a well thinked one ( which is a rarity), a chained cook will proably end up seriously injuried within the first week.

For such place, with cheap food and fast service, your brigade would be mostly some low-pay cooks, some dishwashers and some exprimented cooks depending of the menus ( don't put a trainee behind the grill... ).
