What is the second one depends on which direction you're reading, but the one on the left is relatively easy, so:

Mari: Keima~ let's play dress u-
[Keima hates dress up]

Mari: Uhh- [thump]

Keima: ?! ?! [pat pat]

Mari: Caught you! <3

The one on the right is something about a story about grandfather's watch, and the title reads "Even though before, she was fine"
