DBZ - Vegeta, Best Character Ever!
One Piece - I find it difficult to choose between the Straw Hat pirates but I'd say Zoro edges it for me.
Bleach - Kenpachi, because he's, well, awesome. Pesche, makes me giggle.
Trigun - Vash the Stampede, he's awesome.
Naruto - Gaara (when he was sociopath). Sasuke - I just think he's cool.
Soul Eater - Excalibur, "FOOL!"
Kenichi: HSD - Shigure
