The PSP version is essentially the first iM@S game with the added story mode with the appearance of Hibiki & Takane.(though unfortunately in the PSP version you cant produce a unit, only a single idol) As far as the difficulty goes it is MUCH easier, in story mode just acquire the required number of fans within the time limit and in Free Produce mode you choose your own goal. Examples would be like "Attain S Rank" or "Finish Producing with 99 Memories left" and so on. The game comes with 17 shared songs and 1 unique song for each character totaling 18. There are about 20+ DLC songs though.

Sounds like a fun PSP game. I will try to get the Yukiho version though. It does have her main song Kosmos Cosmos?

It's sub only DVD which can be good or bad for some of us. At least we are getting it. It would be awesome if get the main anime here at least sub only though. Although it's going to be very expensive to get all those songs license.

I hope it's alright to post this here since the Xenoglossia board is probably dead anyway.

I expect someone to license iDOLM@STER now...but I know it won't happen. ;_;

Why would they licencee an old anime like Xenoglasia? Wouldn't going for the newer anime with a more recent following be better?

Yes. Each idol gets their original song from the Master Artist series.

Just got my box of the iM@S Nendoroid Petit and...I got all 7 characters, that includes the secret. Not to mention the first one I opened was Yayoi... Makoto was the character that I got two of. Seriously, what are the odds of that happeneing?!?! Not to mention on my way to pick up the package a black cat crossed my path.

...or am I just being a pessimist?

...well anyway, putting my doom that is probably approaching me aside, ( ) XENOGLOSSIA got licensed!?! Not sure if I should be happy to hear that or not. Looking on the positive side then it actually suggests the possibility of iM@S getting licensed, on the negative side...its XENOGLOSSIA.

Isn't Xenoglossia really old now? I thought companies wouldn't license an anime that is over 3 years old.

I finally did watched episode 26. It was perhaps the funniest episode ever. Yukiho playing with that instrument while looking all cute was just too much for me. That second movie preview simply topped the first one.

Really? XENOGLOSSIA is only 5 years old!? *checks Wiki* Holy cr@p, it is!! And thats the level of animation?!? orz

Though I must admit that they had quite a gorgeous VA cast. I mean c'mon, Tamura Yukari as Iori and Koshimizu Ami as Yayoi...wait, what!? (though if you consider that girl to be Yayoi...dont get me wrong, I dont "hate" the XENOGLOSSIA version of Yayoi but just comparing her to the game version...)

I'm hoping Sentai Filmwork will pick up iM@S. I'm counting on them to get my anime fix. They've been doing a pretty good job thus far. Though I wished they kept the audio commentaries on the "K-On!!" part 1 BDs...orz. But beggars cant be choosers I guess.

I'm probably gonna still pick up XENOGLOSSIA just for the hell of it. Its still technically "iM@S"...right? Supporting XENOGLOSSIA just might increase the chance of this iM@S being picked up no? (or so I'd like to believe)

For now I'll just patiently wait for October to come along with its iM@S goods release. C'mon, iM@S:Shiny Festa, PuchiM@su vol.4, AND the Nendoroid Petit stage 2!? Whats next? Series 3 of the iM@S:CG CDs come out on the same week?

...that'd be awesome.

On an off note, although the word "doom" may have been too strong for use I wasnt far off. I had some misfortune fall upon me to even out my day.
