You are correct, they may have been in suggestive positions, but the official artwork is that way.

Here's a good example (I believe this was a promo poster for the Revival DVDs):

So I don't see what the problem was with that sexy scene you posted.
I don't use the reputation system here because I believe it stiffles debate and free expression through peer pressure and IMHO promotes bullying.

Just for the sake of trivia, the original version of that image was in a Hobby Japan spread for the first season back during 2006. See here or here.

Leaving that aside, I guess your point is correct. A good amount of the promotional art for Code Geass and for other anime tends to include similar material.

Yes they did. She had some great potential. Seems she only gets real use in the games for fanservice and avoiding her untimely demise so there's more of her going around.

Well yeah, her death was needed for the show... That's why only games offer more of her and help feed the Fanservice train. For example. her death still happens in z2 unless you unlock the path to get Ohgi to trust Zero which later reveals that Euphie isn't dead. They still had the massacre go on but Euphie isn't blamed for it and the blame is shifted elsewhere. Euphie than returns as a mentor for Empress Nunnally and allows her Knight, Suzaku, to fight beside Zero even at the cost of losing his title and becoming the Knight of Zero alongside Kallen.
