Instead of 337A you might want to look into section 297 which criminalizes public obscene acts in general. 337A would also make homosexual acts in private illegal as well, which would sort of defeat the purpose of marriage...

You can't criminalise something you have no evidence of. 337A can only apply to known acts of yaoi; so how would you know if some perverted fujoshi drugged her boyfriend and his buddy, put them in the same room with scented candles and videoed it for the show?

This would mean the fujoshi is the criminal. Otherwise, nobody would know that two guys actually made out in private. And to prevent the creation of more fujoshi we need wider executive powers against amoral media portraying BL and yaoi in anything other than bad light; and that includes doujins.
