I'm not sure about vol. 2 being 5 episodes. For me it feels like vol.4 is the one that covers a lot more contents that can't be summarized/condensed easily because it actually gives a large amount of detail of each and everyone's pov, even more so than vol.1.

So my guess is:

V1 - 5 episodes (pretty much set in stone as of now)
V2 - 4 episodes
V3 - 2~3 episodes
V4 - 5~6 episodes

Edit: After a second look, well... I'm guessing we can *estimate* the number of episodes based on the price tag.
But wow, that would really suck if they really are trying to compress vol.4 into 4 episodes. Tons of events in that arc. Meh, we'll see how it turns out eventually.

It's more of a spoiler-violation-phobia thing

But it really boils down to the fact that there isn't much that are translated yet, so there isn't much to spoil.

JP Raw = 8 volumes

Chinese-Translated = Vol.1~3 completed, Vol.4 at chapter 9 out of 10 as of time of this post.

Taichi got rejected by Iori(for the 2nd time, poor guy). on valentine's day or the day before. Yui gave friendship chocolate cake to Taichi and Aoki. But Aoki's cake has 1 more strawberry :3

That said, the Chinese translation is only up to vol 4. I've only seen the first volume and one chapter of the fourth. The only person I know that have detailed knowledge of the latest volume is Kuroishinigami. I'm sure there are others, but he's the one I talked to first.

...I mean after all- there's nothing more important to know than how your favorite pairings would end

Taichi confessed his love to Iori during the bridge scene but in one fucked-up-sense-of-humor, Heartseed took over her body at that exact moment and well... Took the fast way down the bridge. Btw, to be even more fucked up, Heartseed switch Taichi with someone else at the critical moment to ensure that he couldn't save Iori.

Taichi confessed to Iori again while in the hospital, but in some divine irony, Iori was in Inaba's body because hers was in surgery- I won't spoil the details of the situation but know that Taichi kissed Iori through Inaba's lips.

That's probably what you wanted to know; there is something that happened at the start of Volume 4, but that's another thing altogether...

So that pretty much means that his confession and his first kiss is pretty much meaningless. So in others words Taichi, Iori, and Himeko pretty much got trolled...ouch.
