Inamine's comic pages were ripped out and called scribbles, which forced him and his assistant to work without eating or sleeping much (I assume there's the exception of heading to the toilet) for five days. Although their work paid off, Inamine's health seemed to be not doing well.

Actually I don't think so, the whole point of the chapter was to show that manager was essentially being ridiculously selfish and didn't want to bother with anyone else outside of her one ideal genius, the one person that could pass her ridiculous tests that only he could pass which would destroy anyone else. She couldn't give a fuck about anyone else, and looking at how this story is hinted at going the MC is that guy, the single genius she was searching for the one she wanted to mold hence why she was giving him all that affection in the lap scene. She will always be his strength means going by her previous statement he is most probably the one.

Most likely she wants revenge/prove a point against someone and using that shining genius of hers as ammunition

I think so too, she couldn't even remember Kouta's name in one of the pages near the end. Though she is extremely hot so I can let it slide for now.

I think Cheif Editor Juumonji seems pretty 'normal' compared to everyone else. She's just tsundere compared to everyone else's psycho+manipulative.

Onihime has a rushed ending. From what I hear Koimoku has a rushed ending too.
Another reason they’ve been finished off now, is the magazine they were published in, Comic Valkyrie, has published its last paper edition
and is now going digital only. Whether either series comes back as a season/part 2 remains to be seen.
