Pretty much him teleporting to Rosalia like the freebie you made, just with Kirito flashstepping to her before that and without showing Rosalia. So what I want is: Kirito flashstepping to Rosalia -> he points sword at her neck -> his serious face.

Nah, it's not; there were loads of still/unnecessary frames there.

Quality is at maximum, and the filesize is only 78kB. Hope you like it.

Second one lighter than the first one. Can change the border if you want the white border around it as well.
