There's smartcast, and there's smartcast + selfcast. Just rebind your keys to actual smartcast, not the one that has selfcast as well.

Only seen her a couple of times. Similar to the old akali when she was op - Snowballs like crazy. Maybe a bit weaker in teamfights though, goes down faster with some focus due to no twilight shroud or equal def spell.

I only played her jungle in bots so far, but her clear times, and hp after clearing w/boots start even is very good, though her pre-6 ganks are kinda of weak since you don't have a gapcloser. Her w is simply amazing for jungling.

So according Xypherous's recent posts, that are being a little bit intentionally vague, but it's pretty clear Riot is considering a big change the way penetration in calculated in S3

i assume that Rengar might be quite the jungler type of Champion.
Seeing that his passive jump to a target when he's in a bush.
I can see why people think its quite Op to say at least, The gank potential are quite great.
And can be quite the chaser when he pops his ulti.

Hmm... they're reverting the penetration formula? They switched them before for good reason, because calculating % before flat like it was originally made people complain that buying resistances was useless.

I wonder then if they're going to buff MR items. Because really, its AP that uses flat pen the most, with mpen marks + sorc shoes (on top of abyssal being really popular as first item). Now getting void staff on top of that as well? Putting % before that means up to 95 MR is reduced to zero, or if you've amumu/fiddle in your team, 134 MR with one or 173 MR with both.

Of course, it would make haunting guise more popular (shudders at the though of AP carry with Guise + Abyssal + sorc shoes + voidstaff), but I hope they really test the conversion back thoroughly before putting it live.

He reminds more of one of the leonin(lion-humanoid) race from MTG, than a were-wolf, but maybe that's just me .

Well the bigger issue Xypherous claimed was back then, that issue was really not the system, but the fact that Last Whisper gave +40% attack speed AND +40% armor penetration making it + Brutalizer a bit absurd and great on everyone.

Every single time a new champion gets released people are crying OP here OP there.
Riot hasn't even released him live and he's out on PBE for only a day or two.
