My guess is that it is an original design.

The black rim at the top is solely for artistic reasons, I'd imagine it is rather inconvenient to carry it in your pocket.

At first I thought is was a sliding model, but that rim was there even when he wasn't calling someone.

Im afraid i cant find his phone any where for sale - however i have found that a limited supply of 1/1 scale garage kit phones were made and sold in Japan recently so some one may sell it, unlikely though

I guess its not much help but you could always get a CAD model 3D printed by a pro if u desperately need it :P

It would definitely be pretty cool to have the same phone as him. Though, I'd probably have to give up my smartphone for it.
