I believe that's an M4 Carbine (or similar) with a holographic sight. Not sure why the Kyubey charm though, Homura would obviously use a real dead Kyubey instead.

Well, I don't recall seeing that Kyouko/Sayaka pic before, and I search for Sayaka pics on a fairly regular basis.

So thanks for sharing!

Last time I saw a smile like that was in a Justice League episode. One were some of the heros are reduced in age to children (for a mission, magic's involved) and 10 year old Wonder Woman gives this smile when she notices that she's taller than 10 year old Superman, Batman, and Green Lantern ("I kind of like this" *smile*).
