Jmac: 7.5/10 I understand what you did there (laser attack) But in my opinion, I think there is too much going on. The stats and the text can be blended a bit more and could use some work.

Kaihan: 8.8/10 not a fan of the color theme but its a good sig ^^. As for my sig it is the old Sumika one but edited to match the avatar better and the layout is changed, got rid of the Kuriboh's since they didn't fit the style at all.
Jmac: 8.2/10 agreeing with Krytonis, plus the gundam render has a few quality issues and Char's render just doesn't blend well with the bg used imho.

Black0raz0r - 8/10. Not bad. The rain at the back needs to be more intensified since I can't see it well.
Sumeragi - 8.6/10. I love the background. Tthe storke colors for the title and the full name of Inaba complements the sig well. The render however needs adjustments since it doesn't blend well.
ganbaru - 8.6/10. Are those hands that are trying to catch her? I find it rather creepy.
looks good nonetheless. I like the effects that was used.
delorean2200 - I think I rated this one before. It still sways me emotionally even now.
Krytonis - I'm sure I rated this one in my previous post.
Kaihan - 9/10. I like the lighting and the fading edges by the border. The characters are adorable too and colors are sublime.
Jmac - 8.5/10. I dig the tech them overall. I think it'd look better if Char is faded more since the render takes away the focus from the Zeta.
