The Addiction. I had never seen this movie before, and i have to say that this is the most original, disturbing, and interesting vampire movies I have ever seen. Christoper Walken has a cameo, but wow was it powerful. And that feeding frenzy!

So finally got round to watching Quantum of Solace, it was lying there wanting to be watched for ages but never did get round to it.

Another pretty good Daniel Craig Bond movie, he's really working the role now.

Few things tho, I know they have tried to keep away from the whole gadget Bond thing and I do like the fresh take on it all but have to admit they are sorely missed.
Hoping Skyfall brings at least some of it back even if to a little degree.

My biggest niggle tho, is after watching and the credits rolled the Bond theme kicked in, now I couldn't be arsed going through the film again but given how bad my memory is, I couldn't for the love of me recall actually hearing the theme during the course of the film.
Am I right in thinking this or is my memory just so far gone I can't remember despite having just watched it?

Just watched American History X and Score, both with Edward Norton in them. Both great films recommend them to anyone who wants some really intense stories.

It's been a while since I posted here. Anyway, I watched Gaslight this evening with my bear. This movie once again reminds me why Ingrid Bergman remains one of my favourite actresses. That charm and that passion in her eyes! I was mesmerized by her tragic character, and the final confrontation for her suffering (the fire in her eyes) is one of the most intense movie moments I have come across. Will definitely watch it again in the future.

Cabin in the woods: I had a rough idea that this wasn't your usual slasher flick but I didn't expect THAT

Still I really enjoyed it especially the "harbinger" scene that had me laughing.

Iron Sky. Really, for a low-budget movie made outside Hollywood, it blew most other movies in its genre out of the water. The CGI space battles were glorious, even if the quality was a bit low. It added a bit of feeling that it was a game cutscene, but it fit just perfectly. All the jokes and pokes at other nations and parodies were hilarious.

Very surprised I liked it so much.

I watched The Expendables 2 yesterday, it was so epic that when the entire theatre didn't clap except for me, I feel dissappointed.

I also re-watched Wanted after 4 years, though it is censored and the censors removed that last line.

Sadly, those idiots also went to see jackass 3d hoping for a compelling story.

I love that movie, but I haven't seen it in many moons. Recently, I've watched Dark Knight Rises. It was spectacular in almost every respect, whether it be the visuals or music. I can't wait until 007 Skyfall and The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey come out

Saw a movie marathon yesterday. Watched Death Race, it was ok. I think I still prefer the original Death Race 2000, because Roger Corman is the King of Campy.

Also saw Taken (Liam Neeson rocks as usual), Wanted, and Push, which I thought was very interesting.

Starbuck very funny and touching movie. It's the story of an undependable man who used to go to a bank sperm to make money and ends up fathering 533 children, including 142 who have filed a lawsuit to unveil his identity.
Canadian french will always sound weird to a frenchman though. (why are they fighting against english language when they use english words in half their sentences anyways ?)

Goy˘kin : caught that on catch-up TV. It's an old (1969) japanese samurai movie. I had never heard of it before, so I don't know if it's a classic or not, but it's easily one of the best samurais movies I have ever seen.

Oh yes he did. Especially loved it when Hulk grabbed and smashed him onto the concrete over and over.

I just recently watched The Lake House. It is one of the few amazing romance movies anyone has ever seen. I urge all those who love romance to watch it.
