Rich characters? Black Cat, Eden of the East, Durarara and Darker than Black. A plethora of characters with plenty of action and comedy. The comedy aspect does not apply in the last one.

Speaking of which, the currently running/on Crunchyroll series Kono Naka ni Hitori, Imouto ga Iru (My sister is among them) is set in a rich private high school and the main character is the heir of a corporate empire. Ecchi romance comedy.
