I`am afraid, "harem" would definitely be in description of Schwarzesmarken

If 3 = Love Square (subset of Love Triangle)

If 5 = Love Polygon (same as above).

Hey, I just dislike the term "harem", because for me, it implies that all the girls are okay with sharing the male.

I `am agree. Can`t say that "harem" humiliate female characters but there is something close in it. Looking at glorious captain Airisdine I feel unconsistency even if in anime trems this is right.
We can`t call all films where one male character is surrounded by multiple girs - take for example honest and heartpierсing Russian film "А зори здесь тихие" (A dawn is quet here).

i read two series that are i guess u could call them true harems campione, and highschool dxd

but im just curious about this series seeing as the takeru and yuuya seem to atract a cuple of females and im not sure about hibiki seeing as i cant read other languiges and this franchise seems to have one male character who has numerous females fall for him at the same time

and does theodor care about his teammates

Yeah, there definitely is. For anime fans it seems to basically mean "loads of girls fall for a guy", which, is actually incorrect. A harem is only a harem as long as the girls agree to share the guy, be it in love, marriage, or whatever. I do enjoy a good harem themed story every now and then, but I feel it's a little degrading to call some of the better stories "harems".

Well, the main difference is that the "harem" genre only seems to apply to Japan. Oh, and I vaguely remember watching that film. Good stuff.

Well they call it 追加 so I guess they mean add on in the sense of an extra piece of equipment....
