It won't be Urobuchi dark, but I'll make my way there. xD. And yes, IS NEEDS to be dark.

I mean, I take that as a sign that IS is done for good.

Earlier this year he said that he's working on both After School Battlefield and IS. I thought that after releasing the first Vol. of After School Battlefield, he'll get back to work on IS Vol. 8.

And with that recent post on yaraon.blog...

I take it that he's given up on writting IS altogether.

not necessarily. He may just want to get to a certain point in the new LN before returning to IS. I write stories and a lot of the time I personally want to continue writing just one until a certain point that feels comfortable before I go back to another.
