I will be honest by saying that Milly Ashford x Lelouch never had the screen time to develop their union into a lasting impression among the fans, which was unfortunate.

I recall debating about it over 4 years ago regarding why there wasn't any Milly Ashford Fan Service. And that was because the producers didn't have the opportunity to make her character viable to the story overall, as opposed to Kallen, C.C., and Shirley respectively. It was upsetting to me at the time when they made Milly x Lelouch relationship practically non-existant until it was time to kill him off.
