Did a quick search through your list and couldn't find Honey & Clover. don't know if it was suggested by other people or not, so I'm just reinforcing it more if it was suggested.

P.S: Excluding my random post last year requesting a name change. This is actually my first post in over 4 years...I feel so old ;p

Mashirioiro Symphony Colors of Lovers - harem & drama , sometimes echhi.
True Tears - love triangle & romance/drama (does not have ecchi but have very serious atmosphere)
Boku wa Tomodachi - school life/club & ecchi , not sure about romance but drama is there.
Gurren Lagann - mecha & drama , sometimes i cried in the series and mecha action is awesome. and yes , ecchi is included ^^
Shakugan no Shana - similar to Zero no tsukaima , drama&action , ecchi is rarely there.
School Rumble - havent watch but has drama into it.

well , thats all i have in my mind. hope it fits to your request..
nyanko, Seitokai Yakuindomo is not romance but comedy with girls who joking about pervert things.

Siphine The Dreamer Join Date: Sep 2012 Location: Scottsdale, Arizona	I watched Gurren Lagann and i have to say that it was my favorite mecha anime romance until Spoiler for to explain why and love life: nia showed up and made everything complicated... i was fine with kamina dying thinking oh they r finally going to get yoko and simon together because i knew simon already had feelings for her and i was happy then stupid nia shows up acting sweet and innocent and fucked it up then after seven years simon and nia are getting married and i hate that relationship P.S im only on episode 22 or 23
