Well, Nanoha should have thought twice before taking Fate into her household. I mean, it's not like she didn't know that Fate is the woman whose own mother had her wear swimsuits in public at the age of 10.

The way I see it, Fate is initially acting like it's news to her, but the Sonic Form proves that she's been teaching it to Vivio. What with Nanohas stare and Fates "guilty" face. The whole stripper thing may or may not be an (intended) issue as well.

The shorter girl's hairstyle does not match Alicia's, but does match Yuri's. Add in the darkened tips in the taller girl's hairs and the hairstyle that DOES match Fate, that's Material L.
