I don't know if you've seen these but why don't you give R-15 and Koe de Oshigoto! a shot. I'm sure they'll meet your requirements.

Ichigo 100%: 12 episodes, and few OVA's

The anime fleshed out the story and focus to much on ecchi and comedy. I recommend reading the manga, because it's one of the best romance story. The protagonist has a dream goal, other than chasing girls.

There is already a To Love-Ru Darkness OVA which you can watch, on gogoanime its under the To Love-Ru section
