Of course, even if you got a camrip, you can't use a translator for speech; you'd need someone to translate everything.

Timeline-wise he's technically still hospitalized and shouldn't be wandering around.

That's a shame... Well, hopefully they offer enough Touma and Mikoto to offset that disappointment. Wouldn't be surprised if Touma doesn't even see Accelerator just like that one episode where they just teased us.

^Sometime after the Remnant arc, and before the Academy City Invasion arc because Kuroko is in a wheelchair. Unless she was out of the wheelchair before the end of Daihaseisai, which I think she was because of the drop kick. In that case inbetween the Remnant arc and the Daihaseisai.

Well Kuroko could still be in her wheelchair when she delivered that dropkick, after all her ability is teleportation.
