However, he has delusions of grande thinking he has powers to kill anyone by typing it on his website. When his so call "powers" won't work he uses a gun. Also, that female officer who Haru almost killed decides to help the heroes since she thinks her superior (now ex-superior since she quit) is nuts. __________________
