Will this series be put up on Netflix? I've seen some animes on there, but I don't know if Funi puts their stuff on there.

... Now that you remind me... it has been a while since I last tuned to that channel.

And... ouch, the ads for the shows... while I'm glad the previous infestation of K-pop went out of the way (so it seems), the ads for the shows is... something else.

Zero no Tsukaima III, Kaichou wa Meido-san, Baka Test, Nurarihyon no Mago, K-freaking-On, Fairy Tail... Oh God, Fairy Tail

... Just some of the most awkward commercials I've seen on that channel... Definitely not family material

If anybody wants to know what the guy playing Accelerator sounds like I'm told (read: read off of a youtube comment) that he also plays the main character in this:

I saw the trailer and all, I personally gonna buy because it's awesome series and to be honest, The dubbed looked somewhat appealing. Hopefully they don't charge us to much for it!!!!!!

Well Funimation has started releasing the dubs, and of course they had to choose today to realize I'm in Canada not America (before today I could always watch the videos for some reason). So now I can't watch them.

Guess I have to wait until the put them on youtube.

So I just watched the first four episodes and I like it. The voices are genuinely good. I do have two issues however.

1. Touma doesn't sound like Touma. I don't know how to describe it he just sounds... off. I dunno maybe it's just me. I just think he needs to sound more manly.

2. I don't like how they changed the first scene so that it took away the twist where Touma was trying to save the delinquents not Misaka, and they make it so he was trying to save Misaka. *Deep Breath* It just completely ruins the scene for me. It changes it from a clever deconstruction of a popular scene (it was the first time I had seen something like that anyways) which sets up that the city that the story takes place in is not a normal place and is Touma's establishing character moment (he is the kind of person who would even risk himself to save delinquents), into just something bland. It really gets on my nerves.

"That guy looked like bad news so I had to help her out"(or something like that)
then after
"That's right I was trying to save those idiots from her"(or something like that)

he did say he was trying to save the delinquents, but it still looked bad because he just said he was trying to save Misaka right before.

Hey, I thought Touma was pretty good.

@Ilidsor: The discrepancy was probably due to the translated script.

We will see the real worth of the dub when we hear Accelerator.

@Ilidsor: Surely you would agree that the other characters were nicely done, like Motoharu and Aogami. Komoe sensei in particular was very cute. I pretty much forgot that I was watching a dub.
