I'm looking for a manga, it is about a girl and it has two male main characters in it.
One is good looking nice guy, the other is his half brother who looks the same except his eye colour, he is a "bad"boy.
She first goes with nice guy, later with "bad"boy to go with nice guy again and then in the end to stay with "bad"boy.

She broke up with the nice guy the first time because he felt bad that because of him a girl was in hospital (she saved him from a truck)

The bad boy was a womanizer.

Yes, it was a shoujo manga.
I remember it to have a high rating on myanimelist but I can't seem to find it there.

i dont remember the name but it was tagged martial arts the first guy is a karateka and the other dude look exatly the same as his brother except he has blue eyes i think
