Um... I recall a few Yoko cosplayers a few pages back(?). I have a few I know on the West Coast. Its just a matter of putting pics up. Stand by. edit:
Friend of mine in San Diego spotted this one - no idea who the players are, great video game cosplay.

Marie-Claude, she lives in Toronto but attends the big West Coast conventions. She makes her own costumes and gear. Even minus the body, she's got just a lovely face and eyes.

EDIT: I was going to comment that her breasts were a tad large.. but after looking at pictures of "Yoko" and her anime female proportions..

Not really, probably its because of the available choices that appears in the search... Typing cosplayers will gave you result more of anime related that links you to Japan... so the usual pictures will appear are Japanese cosplayers.

I seen many amazing American Cosplayers in the net...like them..

Marie specializes in the "Yoko" body type anime characters. In non-anime cosplay, she also does Vampirella and I think she's done Jessica Rabbit.

^ Only reason I know this is the fiance -- what she's trying to do seems to be something called the "The Cat Eye" look, albeit it looks like she's done it badly.

That look requires you to actually apply eyeliner to the INSIDE folds of your eyelid, and can be incredibly uncomfortable. This reminds me of a girl in college that was a beautiful, thin, waif-like Chinese girl .. BUT she put on way too much make-up and her eyeliner was always crooked.. I could never look her straight on even though we were friends..

Almost all the Asian cosplayers posted here are wearing those contacts. They're called circle lenses. The reason why this particular cosplayer looks... Weird... Is because of the fake bottom lashes. She put them a little further below her lash line.

WTF.. damn that looks... plastic. How can those even be comfortable. I'm a fan of boobs as much as the next guy but damn...

Oh my, indeed. Interesting swimwear choices. Have to say I'm a fan of her hair though in most those pics, still in the majority of them those things on her chest look to big for her body.

Aye, I'm not a "fan" of large breasts to begin with ... I think she has an attractive face but practically, those things are almost ridiculous and there almost has to be back pain.

But for anime cosplay, they're certainly amazing.
