I enjoyed it and hope Season 3 happens soon. I can't stand Nanami though, can't put my finger on why though, as I liked Becky a lot. It's also kind of unfair how easy is to be a hero for Nanami and Becky when they just came to play and have fun yet Cinque had to risk his neck in S1.

You have a funny way of remember things- I seem to recall Cinque being made a Hero immediately on the spot.

Aaah......why Nanami didn't transform into her adult form just like Cinque and Becky? This anime seriously need third season.

On a whole, Nanami has been very underutilized- quite frankly they didn't need to bring her in just yet.

I hold that opinion on Adel and Valeri myself. I would have prefered the episodes spend with their antics to be focused on adventures in Gallette and Pastillage. We'd have seen more of the two countries and both Nanami and Becky.

Can't argue with that- it's a specialty of Tsuzuki to never make use of interesting plotlines that he tease about.

Still, if it wasn't for Adel and Valeri, I wouldn't have give much attention to this season at all- though on hindsight, I wouldn't had foolishly hung on for 5 more episodes in hopes that something good would come out of it.

BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY! thanks to them I have awakened to a new PASSION that burns like a second sun...

!!!

...That's probably the only thing I've took away from this season

Nanami is already an adult, technically speaking; she is the oldest of all the humans.

Finally finished my dog days backlog and followed it up until the last episode. It kinda feels like they're building up the plot for the next season (which I hope there will be one

That hugging scene in ep 13 was so cute ;_; That scene and the part where cinque + gaul adult form was actually my main reason to finally watched this series

Hmm, that was not what I meant but more like Nanami and Becky never had to deal with anything remotely dangerous (except that small part with Becky in the dungeon). Most people liked it this way though.
