That's a different Assassin. They don't all have the same power for the NP, just the same name for it.

Got in the replica Fate/ZERO servant model chess piece set a few days ago and boy am I happy! You can't play actual chess on it because it's only 7x7 but I came up with my own idea for a game using this set. XD
