I wouldn't know, I think we've seen Saito doing plenty of roles. Anyhow, I do agree it's nice to see them doing different roles, like in your example.
However, my complaint here is not Saito getting a new role, but Eita being voiced by a woman, when he's never been the type of character you'd expect to be voiced by a woman (not even by Romi Pakku). I thought Junji Majima was a great choice. So, going from Majima to Saito feels just... odd.

But well, I guess we'll see a Kitamura character win for once in a love competition, unless the staff decides to go for an anime original and has Chiwa win (which would also be a change, since Hanazawa's characters also tend to lose).

But damn, I cannot help but to feel disappointed at this new choice. I was really pumped to listen to Masuzu voiced by Saito and the other characters by the original staff, and I whilst I don't think the new picks are bad (other than Saito voicing Eita), I don't think they're nearly as good as the Drama Cd choices. So, I'm honestly put off.

I am guessing it would be 1 cour covering the first 4 volumes. The end of vol 4 can give it a pretty satisfying end.

I do not see enough source material for anything more than that.

if i didnt know i would had assumed this was by jc staff based on the pv, charaters designs do resemble a lot yumekui merry.

Confirms that it will be airing in winter. 400000 copies for 5 volumes (with v5 just last month). Pretty awesome.

I'm still all bummed out that the anime website is yet to upload character designs, and as people already mentioned, the music of the CMs fit perfectly.

What? So the cast ended up being completely different from what we were expecting?

Aww man, no Chiwa Saito - or even KitaEri for that matter.

Oh well, at least I get to hear Yukarin as consolation...

She's good, but I'm not sure if she's really a good pick for Masuzu.

Also, the anime is apparently premiering in January as per the ANN article.

What a tragedy...At least, Yukari Tamura saves the day, but I'm not really sure what to expect her picturing as Masuzu, as Coldlight mentions.

Chinatsu Akasaki is also rather unknown.

Ohsaka has a nice teenage boy voice that I often hear based on my experience, but he's known for voicing Yuki in Tsuritama and recently Akito from OniAi, whose are the only main roles he got.

Compared to other VAs, who does he sound like? Yuuki Kaji? Hiro Shimono? Junji Majima? Some other?
I haven't watched those shows, so I'd have no idea.
