IIRC, GGO was a bit tamer in that kind of hints compared to say Fairy Dance.

If you look at the attempted rape itself, the GGO one is worse than the ALO. As GGO happens in the real world with real bodies, ALO only with the virtual bodies. Althought if ALO ones really arrived to both-side rapes, ALO ones would be worse. But since Kirito manage to stop ALO ones from being two-side rapes(virtual and reality world), the GGO which shows the reality world rape is worse.

It's been a while since I last read GGO anyway, and I tend to skip that bit in my re-reads since I hate that kind of stuff. So this will probably be along the lines of 'agree to disagree' or I forgot some stuff.

By this point there's no point putting what I said about Ch5 in spoilers anymore huh? People can probably figure out what I have in the spoiler by looking at all the responses

Now i have my doubts in reading SAO anymore....what i hate the most is when someone is humiliated just to have someone change their personalities to continue a plot....

For me it would be better for a character to die rather than go something so horrible

Don't worry, you could still kill them after they've been raped, that way they wouldn't have to suffer for long.

That does not describe any part of SAO that's been published thus far. Asuna's imprisonment in Fairy Dance didn't change her personality. Nor did the attack on Shinon change her personality.

There are no final Volume known so far. Only thing we know is that Alicization is going all the way to Volume 15, there's still no mention of Volume 15 being the last Volume. So if you really want to wait until the very last volume, well good luck since it's going to take at least roughly 2 years to reach Vol.15.

Meh. The torture implication was actually a lot heavier in ALO (Asuna's imprisonment). The enemy had complete control over her real life body (as her fiance) and virtual body. At basically any time he could've raped her and the poor girl would've broken completely, but of course I doubt SAO would've sold that many books if that did happen lol.

... Sorry, my worldly desires comes from both sides of mankind, so I can't say I'm not expecting rather happily such a hentai doujin to come out as soon as ALO gets animated lol. In fact it'll be a total miracle if it doesn't come out; the only problem is whether the art is likeable.
