Well, the scan up there did mention she can shift into a battle mode during the fight that changes her techniques.

I'm not too fond with Lambda (eventhough the difference aren't much), but Nu has this certain...charm in her.

A little question. If I want to play the game to follow the whole story, should I start from calamity trigger or I can jump straight ahead to continuum shift?

BB CS:EX has a shortened (and somewhat summarized) CT story mode for the people who did not play CT.
I am glad that my main Mu is back and some people posted that her astral has a better animation now (rather than that cheap hand animation with a swordslash)

Continuum Shift Extend includes a "Calamity Trigger Reconstruction" story that includes all the major story points of CT. It's also like 5 or so hours long and starts with a fight against an Unlimited (Boss Version) character, so there's that.

The PSP version doesn't have it... well the PSP version of CSEX does, but BBCSEX on PSP is Japan only (and for good reason too).

Probably with Rachel and/or Jubei's help, Noel is now able to tap in her "Azure Power" to transform into Mu12, although she is deep down noel (so they will most likely make different voice over for her, and keep a "BBCS" Mu speech pattern as well).

I noticed that before, but I can't say the artwork style for Chrono Phantasma is to my liking: the shading and traits are vastly more clumsy compared to BBCS period, and it is even more obvious with the proportions (notable victim: Nu13).
I dunno, they look more "doujin" like than really any real CG.
