Well guys , i´m currently watching Gintama .. alredy see the 1st season and i keep asking myself if the anime will get more serious , with fights and stuff like that.. More like a shounem or something ooor if it will continue 85% comedy , and 15% '' action '' !! ( Not saying it´s not a good anime , the comedy parts are awesome )

Nope, it will continue as it is, with a serious arc of 4-5 episodes max per cour at most.

There are some Gintama topics in the older and current series section.

Yeah, people watch Gintama for the fun and lackadaisical "adventures," not really for the serious action scenes. It may not be for you.

It breaks the fourth wall often to lament at the success of more shounen type shows. And, as the episode count increases, it makes concessions to those shows, so I think you may enjoy it more the longer you watch. It doesn't get rid of the one-off episodes purely focused on comedy, but it does pick up more and more "dramatic" arcs as the episode count goes up.

Personally, I enjoyed Gintama far more before Gintama became this shounen action hero he is today, but shounen action hero sells, and they haven't completely abandoned the humor that the first 80-100 episodes were primarily focused on.
