Making an account is honestly the hardest part. I had to use Google Translate to get parts of it done. Once I was in, I used リリカルなのは and 魔法少女リリカルなのは to find a decent chunk of what I do. From there its navigating through the tags that are associated with pics and a lot of copypasta shenanigans.

There's an English language pixiv you can sign up for and I think it works on the Japanese one. The reverse is definitely true.

English doesn't have r-18 mode yet. In the Japanese one just search for the last three characters (Nanoha's name) and select 'Partial Match' to get all variants of the title.

On the "my page" profile page for pixiv, there's a space where you can save tags for easy searching later, so you don't have to copy and paste it from somewhere else every time.
