Yes, it's a normal VRMMO now. They're able to log out.
Yes, the setting changes to a new game 3rd arc, but it goes back again to ALO + Aincrad later on.

After. Also after the next arc (it involves a major character introduced in the third arc). So there's basically zero chance of it getting animated this season. Maybe if they make another 24 episode season a few years later.

Caliber takes place after GGO, so no it wont be animated this season. It does take place before Mothers Rosario though, so it will most likely be included in any following season, even if it's a shorter one.

2. It's fairly common for completely unrelated people to have uncannily similar, or even matching, voices.

2. I think the voices are computer generated... They are not actually their real life voice.

Which part? Half the people didn't know, or both 'Leafa' and Suguha have the same voice actress?

Taketatsu Ayana use her nyan~catgirl voice for Suguha, while she uses her tsun-imouto voice for Lyfa.
