Actually Kamichi confessed to liking the onee-san sempai characters.

I find it weird why people thinks he likes dfc when every other series he has been creating large breasted girls, none more apparent then when he wrote a simple survey

Anyway, dark matter wouldn't revive Kihara because it only works on beautiful people.

It should be obvious that Kakine is not part of "normal people". Plus with this being fiction, if they say the 3 brain pieces are alive, then he's alive. Also, I don't get the surprise when his return has been foreshadowed since vol 19.

Anyway, you didn't get my point. I'm saying that Frenda is most likely dead, not 90% dead. Meaning that whatever the appearance, and even if it has Frenda's memories and displays Frenda's emotions, that thing is not really Frenda. Like others suggest, she might be a science side equivalent of an einherjar... Well, that's my bet.

About why Frenda... well... dunno, really...

Exactly....I'll be quite surprised if Frenda is still the same level 0 who relies on bombs and close-combat...

She has never clearly displayed an ability (though she had a suspicious skill to hide huge things under her skirt )

If I recall correctly Frenda isn't an esper. What I remember from the Railgun manga is that she used the science of explosions to rig traps to kill her enemies.

Meh, no one ever said there's a level requirement for it, right? It's the dark side after all, they'll go with whatever they have in their hands. You know, in a way I sort of get where tsunade is coming from; Mugino is definitely not the type to let 'weak' people join her crew (Hamazura doesn't count) and given that the other two members are Level 4s, we can assume that Fren/da is at least able to perform on that standard.

If you look at past Mugino. She has standards >_> you know oujo-sama standards and stuff. That's why I'm surprised when you guys said that FreNda is level 0.

And you know. Tamni really lacks information on their characters. Other series that I follow and know even has the happy birthday pictures for the pictures or measurement for the girls and that is one of the thing tamni lacks.
